We have establish a factory capable of producing three million sets of all steel radial tyres annually, and cooperated with another factory capable of manufacturing 6 million sets of semi-steel radial tires yearly, along with one for fabric core rubber conveyor belt. A rubber conveyor belt factory with an annual Capacity of 40 million square meters designed. Our self-owned and cooperative factories are equipped with leading international production and testing equipments, including Japan Shenyang iron and steel mixer, Italy Rudolph calendar, Germany Tellest Triple Production Line and Krupp Double Complex Production, Germany Fisher Cutter, America Akron Dynamic Balance Uniformity Testing Machine. The tyre factory we collaborate with has ISO/TS16949 quality management certification, ISO14001 environmental system certification and OHSAS18001 occupational and safety management system certification. Moreover, our laboratory has been certified according to the ISO17025 standard.
All-steel radial tyre products have passed CCC mandatory certification in China, Semi-steel radial tyre products have passed CCC mandatory product certification product in China, DOT certification in the United States Department Of Transportation, ECE certification in the European Union, GCC certification in the seven Gulf countries in the Middle East, INMETRO certification in Brazil, BIS certification in India, and SONCAP certification in Nigeria. Our products adhere strictly to reach regulations and labelling law.
